We have a full time Health & Safety Representative on staff to ensure all our employees have the appropriate training required to work on our sites and use the practice of positive reinforcement to support and motivate all stakeholders to take an active, positive role with respect to safety.

Industry Associations


Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is the licensing and regulating body for professional engineering in the province.

PEO operates under the authority of the Professional Engineers Act to serve and protect the public interest by setting and upholding high academic, experience and professional practice standards for the engineering profession. Individuals licensed by PEO are the only people permitted by law to undertake and assume responsibility for engineering work in Ontario.

Mitchell Demolition is authorized by the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario to offer professional engineering services.

The Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) is a non-profit, self-governing, professional association of over 25,000 members.

OACETT is Ontario’s independent certifying body for engineering and applied science technicians and technologists and confers the designations C.Tech. (Certified Technician) and C.E.T. (Certified Engineering Technologist). These designations are recognized across Canada by employers and other engineering professionals.


The Toronto Construction Association (TCA) is one of Canada’s oldest and largest associations of Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) practitioners.

Compliance Management For Contractors And Clients

ContractorCheck is a health and safety compliance company. We assess and accredit contractors across the country to legislative and client requirements, and provide clients with a contractor management tool to maintain compliance and reduce risk.


Environmental Abatement Council of Ontario

The Environmental Abatement Council of Ontario (EACO) is a contractor based organization formed by professionals within the environmental abatement industry. Our members represent our industry as a whole including contractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, government officials and others that have an interest in the environmental abatement industry.


Infrastructure Health & Safety Association

IHSA is a leader in health and safety education. Through skills-based training, auditing, and evaluation, we provide safety solutions to those who perform high-risk activities such as working at heights, working with energized high-voltage power systems, driving motor vehicles, transporting dangerous goods, working on suspended access equipment, and utility line clearing.


Ontario Association of Demolition Contractors

The primary functions of the O.A.D.C are to act as a bargaining agency for the members during negotiations with the union; to keep the membership informed about issues that may impact their business and to lobby the government and its agencies on behalf of the industry.
